International Shipping:

Shipping Methods:

Standard shipping uses YunExpress and USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.

International orders use YunExpress and EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 10-20 days.

All orders are shipped based on the longest production lead time. Production leads for some items may be longer, while those for others may be shorter. Please note that we will ship all orders once they have been received into our warehouse.

We are not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Public holidays, peak seasons, inclement weather, flight schedules, processing center staff shortages, and temporary closures may all cause processing and shipping delays.

While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, no refunds will be issued for delays unless a formal investigation confirms that the order was lost in transit.
