The sword measures 103cm in total length, with a blade length of 71cm, a handle length of 27cm, and a blade width of 3.2cm. It weighs approximately 1.42kg. The blade is made of self-forged steel with a clay-tempered finish and features a pure hand-polished, genuine Yokote-style grinding technique. Fittings include a finely crafted, antique-finished white brass set, a handle with a genuine fish skin-wrapped cord, and a solid wood lacquer sheath with cloud-patterned silk (the koi-guchi, guard, and chestnut hilt are inlaid with ox horn).
